Ha. I'm beginning to let my mind wander off ~
Is it because I'm too sensitive? Or reading too much into it? Or I'm just thinking too much about it?
I can't say that I don't care, because I do. Or am I just
Okay, I don't really care that I care (I hope you know what that means) because the reason why I'm caring is pretty selfish. I mean... it's been
too long and it should be perfectly fine by me... but it isn't.
What do you call this... too possessive?
It all comes down to the reason WHY I'm caring. It's a stupid reason. So why do I still care when I know how idiotic I'm being?
This ain't right, ya know.
And I'm not doing anything to fix it.

I've not blogged about this yet although I've been wanting to.
Channel U replayed Absolute Boyfriend every Sat, and the last episode ended last week.
It's a Japanese drama based on a manga (which I've read online) following Riiko who ordered a robot boyfriend by mistake, thinking it was a joke. So eventually, he got delivered and she named him Night.
He is the "perfect boyfriend": charming, dependable, intelligent, athletic, good-looking, sensitive, and completely devoted. He likes Riiko only because it's in his programming.
Riiko then starts developing feelings for Night unknowingly, yet also liking her manager, Soushi. Alot of things happened in between, and Night starts developing his own thoughts and falling in love with Riiko genuinely. Which, as they say, is a miracle because robots are programmed to do things.
At the end, Riiko finally realises the one she likes is Night, he's the one who's been through thick and thin with her, regardless of him being a robot. But something was going terribly wrong. Because robots aren't supposed to develop his own will, which is why Night's system is failing and he knows it. Plus fights happened previously, so he is already damaged. Damaged to the extent that he can't be repaired anymore.
Night then tells Soushi to take care of Riiko for her, and Night leaves Riiko without telling her one night. So eventually, in the last episode, Night shut down, leaving a message to Riiko and telling her not to feel sad for him.
Here comes the part where I cried.
Then yesterday, they had a special episode (not in the manga) featuring them three years later.
Riiko is already engaged to Soushi. Night got repaired by a prodigious woman, and he got restored to what he was like three years ago. But the woman was doing it for her own gain. Her boyfriend died ten years ago. She made a robot that looked like her ex's exact replica, and she duplicated Night's own-will-thing to the boyfriend.
Many things happened in between, Night wanted a second chance with Riiko, who was still trapped between him and Soushi.
The boyfriend robot told the woman that she needs to move on. Because he is just a robot. He can't age with the woman, start a family with her and all the stuff along those lines. And that when the woman grows old and dies, she is still the only one the robot can love. So he got shut down as well, due to some damages inflicted earlier.
His words dawned upon Night. And Night decided to ask his creator to destroy him completely, permanently, so that Riiko could find her own happiness.
So in the end of that episode, Riiko and Night met for one final time. She kissed him, and he took her by the shoulders, spun her around, and pushed her forward; urging for her to walk away and not to turn back.
So she did. She walked forward, away from Night, whispering goodbyes to him. And Night cried, which made me cry as well (yes, again) since a robot can't have his own thoughts, much less cry, so it was super touching.
Then Riiko goes back to find Soushi, and they lived happily ever after.
The end.
I bawled. LOL. ): He's gonna be destroyed... and I actually thought the special episode was to make Riiko and Night together again. This sucks, I rather him get shut down and stored away, rather than destroyed forever.
Ok, bye.
Night rocks. Lmao.

Merry Christmas!I hope you're enjoying your Christmas. ^^
I finished Evermore this morning. It was ok, the male protagonist doesn't make me go gaga over him. But since it's the first book in a series, it does have potential.
Which is why I just came back from Tiong after buying the sequel, Blue Moon. Perfectooo, gonna read tonight.
